I rate this place a B+ or a 6/10. This place is a little far from my neighborhood but I'm willing to take the drive, when you want in there is a lot of traditional Chinese decor and it's quiet. On to the food , now it's not the best Chinese food but it does taste better than average. I always order takeout and the food portion is very heavy for me as a light eater , the best thing on the menu to me is the mixed vegetable soup, it's perfect for Memphis cold winters . Anyway the service is always quick and easy.

Went last week for lunch and once again, excellent food! The egg drop soup is the best you can get in this area! My family has loved this place for many years and this visit did not disappoint. Their food is top notch on flavor, temperature and price. The service is always great as well. We will continue to come here for lunch!!

Looooved the food both times I came here this month. This is my new favorite spot for Chinese food. It may not be best for book club though as they won't let you order until your whole table is there which is not convenient for us when we have people showing up at different times. I completely forgot this used to by my family's favorite Chinese restaurant. Luckily, it's near my job and after hearing coworkers mention it, I brought a group here. Also, my parents still come here so we got take out another day. Mom loves the Empress Shrimp here but they automatically add something that makes it a little spicy that makes it too spicy for her. So she has to be sure to tell them no spice. I have tried it with and without spice and it's fantastic either way though I definitely prefer with spice (it wasn't spicy to me, just more flavorful). I'm addicted to the shrimp rolls and steamed dumplings so I gotta get those every time I come here. The egg drop soup is good here as well. I have enjoyed a few main courses but nothing has stood out to the point where I have to have it so I'll have to keep trying different things. Went for lunch and enjoyed it. It is an older restaurant and has that feel. The food was good and well worth the price. The service was superb.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a mid-afternoon, weekend lunch. My favorites are the mu-shu vegetables and also the spring rolls. The portion sizes are generally generous, and the food is competently prepared. We like dining-in here, as take-out has been hectic in the past, especially on weekday evenings. We liked the excellent service that our server, Grant, provided to us. We shall return.

Old school sit down Chinese restaurant, Good place to go on Sunday after church, or lunch anytime. They have a great lunch special that includes an egg roll, soup, fried rice and sweet fried biscuit. Waiter was friendly. Food is pretty good and priced well. This is a regular lunch spot for us.

This was our first time to eat here and I was amazed and pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We ordered from the lunch menu and I got the Hunan Shrimp and my wife got the Chicken with Vegetables. Came with fried rice and egg roll. The portions were very adequate and very delicious. This was one of the best, of the many Chinese restaurants we've ever eaten in. Wish it was close to our home as we would eat here once a week.
